The West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce (La.) named Annie Claire Bass executive director. A local business owner, community leader and longtime advocate for small businesses, Bass has supported fellow entrepreneurs and created opportunities for collaboration across the Parish.

Susie Bibler was named president of the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce (Ohio). She succeeds Holly Ann Quaine, who will retire in June after leading the organization for 18 years. Bibler comes to the chamber after serving as development director for the Delaware County Foundation.

   

The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce (Maine) named Susan Ruhlin president and CEO. She founded JoynaTable, a startup focused on meaningful connections through shared dining, and most recently served as managing director of Dirigo Labs, leading an accelerator for early-stage companies in Central Maine.

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce (N.C.) named Hunter Walsh president and CEO. He succeeds Karen Brown, who recently retired after leading the organization for nearly 13 years. Hunter comes to the chamber after serving over 10 years in non-profit leadership positions, including the Hampton Roads Chamber (Va.).

The Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce named Dr. Benjamin Weldon CEO. He most recently served as manager of workforce development at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, Miss.

Alexandra Wilmer was named president and CEO of the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce (Fla.). She was previously the chamber’s director of operations.
