In her #ACCE26 keynote, ACCE President and CEO Sheree Anne Kelly explored how resilience and innovation can help chambers adapt. She discussed the personal qualities leaders need to navigate change, the importance of supporting staff and the organizational capacity required to respond when conditions shift.

Kelly also shared examples of chambers trying new approaches, taking calculated risks and rethinking how they create value. Chamber leaders may not know what comes next, but they can strengthen their organizations, support their teams and build the capacity to pursue new opportunities.
