Faces and Places

The Columbia Chamber of Commerce (Mo.) named Abdul-Kaba Abdullah president and CEO. He comes to the chamber after serving as executive director of Park Central Development in St. Louis.

Stacie Allen was named Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce’s (Texas) new president and CEO. She succeeds Debbi Moore, who is retiring after serving the industry for nearly 40 years. Allen was previously community engagement manager at the nonprofit Tresco and has been active with the chamber for more than 15 years.

Reggie Ash was named president and CEO of the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce (Ala.). He succeeds Crystal Brown, who retired after leading the chamber since 2021. Ash, a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, previously served as chief defense development officer for the Colorado Springs Chamber and Economic Development Corporation.

The Prince William Chamber of Commerce (Va.) named Kristi Black president and CEO. Black, who joined the chamber earlier this year as director of government affairs, previously served as the district director for Governor Spanberger during her tenure in the U.S. House of Representatives.  

Caitlin Meaney Burrows was named president and CEO of the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau (Calif.). Most recently, she was chief of staff at Catamount Ventures Management, LLC in San Francisco.

The Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce named Tiffany Coleman, IOM, president and CEO. She was previously the chamber’s vice president of accounting and special events. 

The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce (Fla.) named Annemarie Cooper president and CEO. Most recently, she served as the chamber's director of government affairs. 

The Virginia Chamber of Commerce named Brad N. Hall president and CEO. He comes to the position after serving as vice president of external affairs for Appalachian Power. Before then, he was CEO of the Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

The Sherman Chamber of Commerce (Texas) named Emilie Harris president and CEO. Harris has served the chamber since 2022 and was most recently the organization’s vice president of marketing.

Partnership Lake Houston (Texas) named Paula Moorhaj, IOM, as the organization's new president and CEO. Most recently, she served as president and CEO of the Deer Park Chamber of Commerce (Texas). 

Paul Oberdorfer was named president of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce (Ohio) and CEO of the Troy Development Council. Oberdorfer recently retired as city manager for the City of Piqua, Ohio.

The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce (Ky.) named Jim Page, CCE, IOM, president and CEO. He most recently led Launch Regional Partnership in North Alabama. Before that, he spent 20 years as a chamber executive, including more than a decade leading the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
