The people! It’s a privilege to work with our members and community leaders.

What advice would you give to the next generation of professionals? 

Listen, be intentional and lean into learning. Listen to the needs, concerns and wins of your members, community and team. Be intentional with relationships – existing and building new ones. Be willing to learn and never too proud to ask questions.

What is your favorite activity to do in your community?  

Taking advantage of the beautiful parks and trails in Conway. My husband and I love to run and cycle, and we enjoy taking our little boy on adventures at our park’s splash pads and outdoor playgrounds.

What is one thing you can’t live without?  

Ice cream!
