ACCE Chamber Engagement Survey
ACCE’s Employee Engagement Survey is the only industry-specific initiative dedicated to chamber staff engagement. ACCE will survey your team and provide the insights and tools you need to improve the employee experience, including:
- A custom report highlighting your organization's strengths, opportunities and industry benchmarks
- An opportunity to discuss challenges, solutions and best practices with other participating organizations
- Two practical tools to improve culture and team dynamics
- A free copy of the 2026 Employee Engagement Resource Guide once released

Next Generation Leadership Program
ACCE's Next Generation Leadership Program is a year-long leadership training experience designed to develop and support the next generation of chamber leaders. It gives aspiring CEOs and VPs the skills, connections and real-world insight to elevate their careers.
- Learn the skills needed to lead effectively
- Receive coaching from respected chamber leaders
- Gain insight into what it takes to lead a chamber to success
- Establish connections and grow your peer network across the industry
Apply for the 2026–27 cohort by April 24. Prospective applicants can also attend the NextGen Leadership Program Interest Webinar on March 25 at 12 p.m. ET to hear from current participants and learn more about the experience.
ACCE Awards
It's awards season at ACCE. Learn more about ACCE's recognition programs and throw your hat into the ring! Winners will be recognized at #ACCE26 in New Orleans.
- Chamber of the Year: Chambers interested in competing must first complete ACCE's Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking surveys by Friday, March 13. Chambers that qualify will be notified by March 24 and invited to proceed with the application. The award is sponsored by GrowthZone.
- Awards for Communications Excellence: Show how your chamber's creative marketing and communications work in 2025 made an impressive impact by entering the competition. Review the contest details and submit your application by March 16.
- Life Member Award: ACCE annually recognizes those who retire after stellar careers in chamber leadership with the profession’s highest individual honor. Click here for eligibility requirements and to submit a nomination by March 27.
